How To Get Started

At Life Beyond the Room, delivering excellence is our top priority.

That’s why we follow a meticulous process to create the perfect itinerary for your client, ensuring every aspect of their journey is carefully crafted and tailored to their unique preferences.

Step 1

Intro Call

If this is your first time working with us, we invite you to schedule an intro call so that we can better understand your clients’ needs and ensure we are a good fit.  

Step 2

Submit Itinerary Request

After our intro call, all itinerary requests must be submitted via our form. Please ensure to fill all the fields as thoroughly as possible to ensure a timely and accurate delivery of the itinerary.

Step 3

Custom Travel Design

Our travel designers will deliver a highly curated itinerary specific to your request using our Travefy platform. You can expect a first draft within 7 business days. *Turn around time varies depending on length and complexity of your request.

Step 4

Itinerary Approval and Booking

Once an itinerary is approved, we will request a 30% deposit prior to booking. Additional revisions can still be made  after a deposit is submitted. Please note that we handle all bookings.

Step 4

Final Itinerary Delivery

You will receive a final itinerary 30 days prior to departure that includes all partner contact info. We also provide guidance on tipping, packing, driving, cultural sensitivities and recommend activities for free time.

Itinerary Review

We will schedule an itinerary review call with you two weeks prior to departure to answer any last minute questions and cover items such as travel app and communication method. We recommend that you invite your clients to join the call.

Departure and 24/7 Support

Throughout your client’s journey, they will have 24/7 whats app support from their Local Manager who will be available to assist for anything they need during their travels.
