1. Exploration Call
In this call, we connect to understand your client’s needs and preferences for the trip, documenting our discussion to guide custom, curated travel design.
2. Travel Design
Our team will craft a beautiful itinerary within 7-10 days using Travefy and add you as a collaborator so you can follow progress and give feedback throughout the design process.
3. Booking & Execution
Final itinerary is accepted, 30% deposit is collected to initiate bookings for accommodations and experiences, and a local manager is assigned to your client for when they arrive to serve as full-time concierge throughout their journey.
