The Life Beyond the Room preferred traveler program allows our frequent travelers to pay for their trips over time via a monthly subscription. Perks include discounts, access to exclusive destinations, and more!
Credits never expire and can be redeemed at any time towards a small group trip of your choice or any custom trip!
Perks for our preferred travelers include:
- Highest room category at the base rate on group trips
- 5% off Small Group Trips
- Access to exclusive destinations
- Early access to group trip registration with no deposit required
- Personalized travel gifts, such as passport holder, bag and more!
How it Works
Each credit is worth $100 USD and can be redeemed for any of our curated small group trips or a custom trip of your choice.
You will receive a statement at the end of each month with your current credit balance and updated credit value of each of our group trips which you can select.
Any trip you select, whether a small group trip or a custom trip, will be credited with the balance of your LBR travel credits. Any remaining balance will be charged separately.
5% will automatically be discounted towards any trip from our base price.
If joining a small group trip, you will automatically be upgraded to our highest room category available for each accommodation.

Solo Traveler
- Best for solo travelers for one small group trip a year or for couples taking a trip every two years.
- Includes 2 branded travel gifts of choice.

Frequent Traveler
- Best for two trips a year for solo travelers or one per couple.
- Includes 3 branded travel gifts of choice.
$2,000 per month
Frequent Luxe Traveler
- Best for multiple small group trips a year or one ultra-luxe custom trip a year.
- Includes 4 branded travel gifts + one branded duffle bag.
