That’s why we follow a meticulous process to create the perfect trip, ensuring every aspect of your journey is carefully crafted and tailored to your unique preferences.
Exploration Call
We begin with a detailed complimentary consultation to understand your interests, needs, and budget.
This allows us to align on expectations and deliver the itinerary of your dreams. After the call, we require e a $500 trip design fee, which gets then deducted from the total cost of the trip.
Customized Itinerary Design
Our team of local experts at your destinations designs a bespoke itinerary that includes several options for your desired activities and accommodations. Every experience and property has been personally tested and approved by our team to ensure quality and authenticity.
Final Review & Booking
We review the itinerary with you, making any necessary adjustments to ensure everything is exactly the way you want it. Once the itinerary is approved, we handle all bookings. We also provide guidance on tipping, packing, cultural sensitivities and recommend activities to do in your free time.
